1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
i. Your bookings be confirmed upon receipt of a booking form and payment of the course fee.
ii. We will send a confirmation email with course details to the email address provided
iii. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they receive this confirmation and to contact us if they do not.
2. PAYMENT
i. Payment for the course fee must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
ii. Any arranged payment plan must be paid off in full by the time of course start date.
iii. Payment should be made via bank transfer, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
iv. If payment is not received within the timeframe specified, the right is reserved to cancel the booking.
v. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
3.CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Participant:
i. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email or post) as soon as possible.
ii. Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

iv.We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
v. If we cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
4. LIABILITY
i. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of attending our training course, unless caused by our negligence.
ii. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by the attendee due to course cancellation or rescheduling.
iii. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary skills and qualifications for the course.
5.CONDUCT
i. Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during the course.
ii. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.
iii. Attendees are responsible for ensuring their electronic devices are switched off during the course unless otherwise agreed.
6. PRIVACY
i. Any personal information collected in the administration of the course will be kept securely according to privacy and date protection laws (GDPR).
ii. We may share your information with third parties but only as necessary to facilitate the course. (eg. first aid information when working in external venues).
